You will receive a contract that thoroughly explains the services we will provide, and you will pay only for services that are provided—nothing else. We offer a free initial telephone consultation and five levels of fees that are designed to provide you with appropriate level of value you desire.

FREE INITIAL TELEPHONE CONSULTATION (10 minutes): Our goal is to determine the result you wish to achieve, and if INA is able to assist you. When our attorneys speak to you over the phone for the first time, we realize that (1) we are establishing an attorney-client relationship, (2) have a legal duty to hold every word you speak in absolute confidence, and (3) have a legal duty to provide advice that you can rely upon. For this reason, during your free initial telephone consultation we will ask you a series of questions designed to quickly and efficiently determine if we can help you, and then schedule you for a $250 Needs Assessment. We will provide you with a list of documents and information to provide us via fax or email prior to your Needs Assessment, We will also answer your general questions regarding how immigration law applies to your situation, time allowing. Given the lives at stake, and the complexity and ever changing nature of immigration law, you deserve to be able to have plenty of time to discuss every aspect of your situation with us. You also need the assurance of absolute confidentiality to tell your full story to us before receiving our advice. The Needs Assessment provides you with that opportunity.

NEEDS ASSESSMENT ($250): Your Needs Assessment will provide you with a (A) an Immigration Strategy, and (B) a Proposal and Contract for Services. Your Needs Assessment lasts from one to two hours, and we can conduct them telephonically, via internet video web-streaming, or in person. Depending on the complexity of your case, we may schedule a follow up appointment to allow for further research.

1. IMMIGRATION STRATEGY: We will provide you with a confidential, in-depth interview to understand all of the facts of your case, all of your goals and needs. We will take as much time as is necessary to create a complete picture of your immigration history and current situation. We will also research the most current immigration law and procedure to determine what is required in order for your case to be approved. Your Immigration Strategy will be the road map we use to guide us in working together to prepare your case. This process is also designed to help us determine if you do not qualify to immigrate to the United States. After we agree on the easiest, fastest and most cost effective way to achieve your goals, we will furnish you with questionnaires and checklists to help you provide us with the necessary information and documents to achieve your result.
2. IMMIGRATION PROPOSAL: If you wish, we will draft a proposal and contract for services within 24 hours of the Needs Assessment that defines the Scope of Services intended to execute your Immigration Strategy. The proposal provides you with five levels of pricing for INA to perform the highest quality legal services depending on your budget considerations and time constraints:
   • PREMIUM RUSH SERVICE: The Premium Rush Service is a flat fee that includes all costs and fees required to prepare and file your case within 48 hours of receiving all of the necessary documents and information. It covers all of the attorney and paralegal services to perform your Immigration Strategy. The fees for the Premium Rush Service provides you with the following:
   • Preparing and filing all necessary applications, petitions, motions, and forms within 48 hours of receiving all necessary documents and information;
   • Preparing all translations;
   • Drafting, reviewing and revising all affidavits required of your employer, joint sponsor, extended family, friends, and professional associates;
   • All time spent on telephone consultation with you, your employer, your friends, your family, your bank, your accountant, your personal attorney, your agents and your representatives regarding your case;
   • All time spent on the telephone and preparing written correspondence advocating on your behalf with USCIS, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Internal Revenue Service, and all State, County and City governmental agencies.
   • All costs incurred for color and black and white photocopying, local and long distance telephone calls, local and long distance fax transmissions, Express Mail, First Class and Certified Mail postage expenses;
   • All courier services and court filing fees; and
   • Preparing responses to any deficiency notices.
3. STANDARD RUSH SERVICE: The Standard Rush Service is a reduced flat fee that includes most of the costs and time required to prepare and file your case within 72 hours of receiving all of the necessary documents and information. Our clients who select the Standard Rush Service offset the costs of preparation by performing many of the required services themselves, thereby reducing the time we spend on your matter. They also agree to pay for costs as they arise. The fees for the Standard Rush Service include the following.
   • Preparing and filing all necessary applications, petitions, motions, and forms within 72 hours;
   • All attorney and paralegal time spent on telephone consultation with you, your employer and your family;
   • All costs incurred for the first 200 pages of black and white photocopying, local telephone calls, and local fax transmissions;
   • All costs incurred for first class, priority, and certified postage.PREMIUM SERVICE: The Premium Service is a flat fee that includes all of the services listed for the Premium Rush Service, but without the rush. We prepare and file your case within 7 business days of receiving all of the necessary documents and information.

6. HOURLY RATES: If you prefer, we will charge you for the services we provide based on hourly rates and all costs incurred for your case.
